“On your left”, comes the call of Steve Rogers, a.k.a. Captain America (Chris Evans), to Sam Wilson, a.k.a. The Falcon (Anthony Mackie). What a fantastic bit of dialogue! Sam flew into
the MCU
and swooped down, swift and deft
And soon we knew
his heart was true,
when he heard “on your left”
Without a doubt
when Cap would shout,
Sam clearly felt the heft
But still he ran
and thought I can,
when he heard “on your left”
The snap, oh crap –
five year nap –
a universe bereft . . .
But then Cap knew
exactly who,
when he heard “on your left”
If You haven’t already, then check out Captain America’s Mighty Shield. We do love a good old bit of “Cap!” He’ll be missed in the MCU, but we reckon we’ll have a new Captain America soon . . . Something we’re really excited for is the cinematic element of the MCU to return, once it’s safe. Lookout for a tribute to Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) to tie in the character’s feature film release!
