With his iron will, Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr) played a huge part in the MCU. Really, things begun with his character’s origin, despite Incredible Hulk 2008). So, May The Verse With You pays homage. We’ve previously published poems featuring marvel characters, as portrayed by MCU stars. Recent ones include “On Your Left “ and “Stucky”, and others. Here’s Iron Man’s moment . . .

An Iron Will

Tony Stark found

his playboy ways

were always bound

to be a phase

He learned to see

the bigger plan,

heroically,

through Iron Man

A stronger heart

than he could know;

he blew apart

his old ego

Thanos reigned hell,

with fierce might,

broke Tony’s shell,

but not his fight

Whilst battle-scarred

he fought on still –

played his trump card,

his iron will!

This week sees the finale of the Falcon and The Winter Soldier. Owing to Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr) and his heroics, Thanos (Josh Brolin) was defeated. Now, we have a very different look MCU. Going forward into the next phase we’ll end up seeing how this impacts on things. We’ve a Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) piece planned for the release (hopefully) of the movie, next month.
