Was title to Star Wars Episode VIII revealed?

Will the next Star Wars film be 'Star Wars: Forces of Destiny'?

Recent evidence out of Europe seems to suggest that the official title for the eighth and upcoming Star Wars film may in fact be  Star Wars: Forces of Destiny.

It has been reported that representatives of both LucasFilm and Disney have submitted trademark filings with the European Union office of Intellectual Property for ‘Star Wars: Forces of Destiny’.

The submitted trademark filings reportedly pertain to a rather large list of a various licensed goods for a wide range of items ranging from merchandise such as tooth brushes and night lights, to film rights.

While the title for Star Wars Episode VIII has in fact not been officially released, the registering of ‘Star Wars: Forces of Destiny’ as a trademark would seem to strongly suggest that this could in fact be the upcoming film’s official title.
