Dracula month is here as in November we celebrate the birthday one of the most iconic horror literary figures of all time, Bram Stoker, the writer of the classic novel. His legacy is also celebrated in the pages of a new book that authentically expands the universe that the Lord of Vampires inhabits.
Presented by Bram Stoker’s Great Grand Nephew and custodian of the Stoker legacy, Dacre Stoker SHADOWS OF THE STOKERVRSE is an illustrated story book that includes 20 terrifying tales by acclaimed writer Chris McAuley, introducing characters and stories only hinted at in the classic novel or only referred to in Bram Stokers original notes.
New characters and stories are also introduced that have been carefully created to be in line with the intentions of Bram Stoker under the watchful eye of his Great Grand Nephew.
The stunning art for this 100-page volume of both prose and illustrations is provided by legendary 2000ad and Warhammer 40k artist Clint Langley.
Published by Scratch Comics, this is their first foray into illustrated prose and the book is available as both a soft cover and hardcover, with a digital version optimised for full screen format also available so that the glorious illustrations can be enjoyed to maximum effect.
