Season 2 Of ‘Agent Carter’ To Tie In With ‘Doctor Strange’

Could 'Dr. Strange' and 'Agent Carter' Be The Next Crossover For Marvel?

Reports have broke that ‘Agent Carter’s’ second season, which will premier later this month is to tie into the world of Doctor Strange.

It will not be a full blown crossover, but it does have fans wondering if the episode or episodes concerned will create a path for bigger

The new series will see Peggy head to Los Angeles to investigate Isodyne Energy and she’ll come up against the Darkforce.

Showrunner Michele Fazekas told Comic Book Resources that Peggy will “stumble upon what people in the Marvel Universe will know as Darkforce, but because they’ve never seen it before, they just name it Zero Matter.

“That’s our tie-in to the Doctor Strange universe, and also to SHIELD because you’ve seen it in SHIELD as well.”

Fazekas added that Darkforce might not work the same way for 1940s-set ‘Agent Carter’ as it did for SHIELD.

“The cool thing about what we learned as we researched Darkforce over the course of Marvel comic book history is, it affects people in different ways,” she said.

“It has a lot of different applications, which was cool for us. We were able to select what we liked and sort of make our own rules as to what it does, how it operates, and who it affects in our world.”

Agent Carter season 2 returns to ABC in America on January 19 and it will premiere in the UK on January 28 on Fox.
