‘Doctor Who’, ‘Torchwood’ and ‘Arrow’ star John Barrowman has revealed that he’d like to write a comic book based on his character of Malcolm Merlyn, who also happens to be the Black Arrow.
In a recent interview the multi talented performer and writer revealed that he and his sister Carole have been trying to approach DC Comics with their idea for a Malcolm Merlyn story-line.
“I would love to do a Merlyn comic written by myself, who plays Merlyn,” he elaborated. “I think that would be totally awesome because I know this man inside out.
“There’s another idea I have, too,” he added.
The Barrowman’s have collaborated as writers on a great many projects, which include a series of children’s adventure books called ‘Bone Quill’. Most recently John announced that he and his sister have been in talks to write a ‘Torchwood’ radio drama for BBC Radio.
