Patty Jenkins. The director of ‘Wonder Woman’ has come out on Twitter to debunk claims that the movie is a mess.

The director was responding to a letter, which was allegedly written by a former WB employee. The letter slammed ‘Man Of Steel’ and ‘Batman Vs Superman: Dawn Of Justice’ director Zack Snyder, but went on to say that ‘Wonder Woman’ was a mess and hiding behind a decent trailer. The letter caused quite the controversy among a fanbase, which is already divided when it comes to their feelings about the current slate of DC movies.

Jenkins who has worked hard to make ‘Wonder Woman’ a movie that people want to see came out and slammed the contents of this letter as completely bogus.

“Woah, just saw this press about WW having problems. Are they serious? This is some made up bs right here. Made up! Produce a source, anyone,” she tweeted. “You can’t because it’s entirely false. Don’t believe the hype people. Someone’s trying to spread some serious misinfo.”

She added that the claims that ‘Wonder Woman’ was in trouble were “totally false.”

“Let me reassure you…Zero about the movie we are making has been called a mess by anyone in the know. Fact,” she continued. “Real lasso of truth, time, will reveal that letter to be false soon enough. But lame something so transparent in its agenda gets traction.”

The far Warner Bros has declined all opportunity to comment.

As comic fans. We here at SciFiPulse.net were genuinely concerned about the contents of this letter. Which is why we queried it over the weekend with our article. Like everyone else. We want ‘Wonder Woman’ to succeed and have noting to gain by seeing the movie fail. If anything we want to see the DCCU movies do something special that will help them take on the Marvel movies and cross that magic 1 Billion in total box office.

‘Wonder Woman’, which stars Gal Gadot as the DC superhero, hits theaters June 2, 2017.
