Last week Warner announced a date change for ‘Batman Vs Superman: Dawn Of Justice,’ but added that we would get further movies based on DC comic book properties, which would be announced in the near future.
President of domestic distribution Dan Fellman has said that the follow-ups to ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’ should be announced shortly.
Fellman went onto add that ‘Justice League’ could arrive hot on the heels of the upcoming movie rather than leaving a two or three-year gap.
“While it hasn’t been officially announced, I think it’s a pretty good bet,” Fellman told EW.
Warner is rumoured to have scheduled six films to follow Batman v Superman, including Justice League, Wonder Woman, Shazam and a Green Lantern/Green Arrow team-up.
It has been revealed that Ben Affleck’s Batman will be aged somewhere in his mid-40s when he teams up with Henry Cavill’s Superman.
Batman v Superman recently moved its release date to March 25, 2016 from May 6 to avoid a clash with Marvel Studios’ Captain America 3.
