Syfy Pick Up ‘Bitten’ For A Third Season

The third season of the series will have a 10 - episode run and will air in 2016.

The Syfy Channel in the USA has picked up the Canadian series ‘Bitten’ for a third season.

The series, which airs on Space in Canada stars Laura Vandervoort as Elena Michaels who is the only known female werewolf to have survived being bitten by another werewolf. The series explores the politics of her wolf pack and she fits in with it, but often struggles.

The third season of the series will have a 10 – episode run and will air in 2016.

Chris Regina, SVP Program Strategy at Syfy and Chiller, said of the acquisition, “’Bitten’s’ emotional and engrossing storyline, combined with some truly creepy horror moments, really resonated with fans this past season. We eagerly anticipate seeing where the next chapter of Elena and her werewolf pack’s lives leads us in Season 3.”
