‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ Trailer Breaks World Record

The trailer managed an impressive 30.84 million views in one day

Not complacent with teasing fans to within an inch of their lives. The second ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ trailer, which was released a number of weeks back had to go one better and succeeded beyond any reasonable expectation.

The second trailer, which had a running time of 1 minute and 50 seconds has broken the world record for the most views within its first 24 hours of being on the yahoo movie trailers site.

According to Yahoo Movies the trailer managed an impressive 30.84 million views in one day, which proves that the force is indeed strong with ‘The Force Awakens.’

Guiness World Records said: “The release of the clip created unprecedented levels of excitement among Star Wars fans around the world. With the trailer featuring the return of the charismatic [anti]-hero Han Solo, once again played by Harrison Ford, alongside his furry co-pilot Chewbacca.”
