A long Time Ago in a gaming universe not so far away. ‘Star Wars’ ruled supreme on the Super Nintendo console with the original film trilogy being immortalized as side scrolling shoot em ups during the 90s.
In a move to make what is now considered old new again. PS4 is to release the SNES side scroller on PS4 and PS Vita tomorrow on November 17.
It’s a cross-buy title, so you get it on both systems if you own both, and comes with new controls, as well as full Trophy support.
The game recently saw release on Wii U and originally landed on SNES in 1992, back when you had to precede games with the word “Super”.
As somewhat of a casual, but seasoned gamer. I remember feeling a great sense of excitement at completing ‘Super Star Wars’. It was indeed a fun game.
