Synopsis: Crash Corrigan, a recent graduate of Annapolis, and Diana, a go-getting reporter, join Professor Norton for a search for the source of a string of earthquakes, Atlantis.

This was a series made to rival the successful ‘Flash Gordon’ serials of 1936 and though a lot of fun it didn’t quite enjoy the same big audience or have the same appeal. I just love the fact that it goes to the undersea kingdom of Atlantis in a rocket powered submarine. We’ll show this series over the next 12 weeks. Hopefully you’ll enjoy it as much as I did when I first saw it on BBC in the very early 8os.
