As soon as The Boys hit Amazon, it was destined to be a modern classic. A briliant, brutal, biting satire, The Boys turned the super hero genre on its head. We honour Billy Butcher (Karl Urban) and the gang, who go up against the dreaded Homelander (Anthony Starr).
Billy Butcher and The Boys
It’s Billy Butcher and The Boys
who try to stop Homelander’s rule
They must rely on many ploys,
like Frenchie’s clever techy toys
They bravely fight with just bare hands,
to bring the corporate evil down
Nobody better understands
the danger when Homelander lands
They hatch plans secretly, to show
the public Voight’s terrible ways,
and how they’ve come to grow and grow;
there’s so much danger they can’t know
If Homelander just hears one noise,
that psycho from Vaught Industries,
the next thing that he destroys –
it’s just Billy Butcher and The Boys!
