Synopsis: In We’re Gonna Be in So Much Trouble, Our heroes have never felt further from home. But a message from home offers new hope.

The Story

The kids successfully navigate the ship closer to At Attin, but anxiety looms as they brace for the reunion with their parents. A message from home brings a flicker of comfort, yet the situation spirals when Jod Na Nawood and a band of pirates from Brutus’s crew attempt to seize control of the ship. It seems that more trouble is to come.

Acting

Jude Law fully embraces his darker side as Jod Na Nawood, also known as Crimson Jack in the comics universe. Law brings Jod’s pirate essence to life, delivering a menacing performance as he terrorizes the kids just as they’re about to land back on At Attin. One standout moment is when Jod is shown the vault on At Attin, brimming with Old Republic gold credits—the planet’s primary currency—a scene that perfectly highlights his greed and ambition.

Ryan Kiera Armstrong, Kyriana Kratter, Ravi Cabot-Conyers, and Robert Timothy Smith deliver strong performances, capturing the emotional weight of the kids’ return home after enduring a harrowing series of adventures. Their struggles feel raw and genuine, adding depth to the story.

Overall

We’re Gonna Be in So Much Trouble sees the kids finally make it home but as hostages rather than on their own terms. Jod Na Nawood manages to get the upper hand on the group and threatens their parents too. Given that the parents managed to get a message out of At Attin’s extremely difficult security blanket its only a matter of time before the New Republic hears of this, which likely means that Jod Na Nawood and the pirates are going to become more desperate in next weeks season finale.
