Queen Sareth and Dawn share a moment as she tries to learn more about Day.

Synopsis: Where the Stars Are Scattered Thinly, Queen Sareth and Dawn share a moment as she tries to learn more about Day. Brothers Constant and Poly bring Hober Mallow to Terminus.

The Story

Having found Hober Mallow in last week’s episode. Brothers Constant and Poly take Mallow to the Vault on Terminus where they enter and meet with Hari Seldon who assigns them all tasks. Constant and Poly are asked to head to Trantor in order to broker peace with Empire. While Hober Mallow is given a different mission.

Back on Trantor Queen Sareth meets with Dawn as she tries to find out if Cleon the 17th had anything to do with the murder of her family.

On Siwenna, Bel Riose and Glawen Curr begin their investigation into Foundation by following up on a lead that leads them to an informer who tells them about the Clarics Brother Constant and Polly.

The Acting

Isabella Laughland is probably playing one of the most likable and relatable characters in this series in her role of Brother Constant who is pretty much a caretaker for Brother Polly (Kulvinder Ghir). Especially when he has indulged a little too much in the drink. Laughland has some fun scenes in this episode, which include a fun bit of flirting with Hober Mallow who Brother Constant has developed a bit of a crush on.

Ella-Rae Smith puts in a solid performance as Sareth, who is seemingly on a mission to try and get justice for her dead family members who died at the hand of Cleon the 17th.

A fairly solid episode that moves forward on three story threads that seem to be building to some pretty major events that will hopefully get paid off soon. Much like last week and the week before there isn’t a great deal of action in the episode other than a fairly small skirmish between Bel Riose and some locals on Siwenna. Hopefully, we’ll get to see some pretty major action sequences as the season draws to a close as it’s mostly been character-driven stuff and expositional storytelling thus far.
