Synopsis: When the Dannyzens throw a massive party at Doom Manor to resuscitate Danny the Brick, Dorothy longs to join the festivities and experience life as a grown-up.
In order to help heal Danny The Brick. Niles invites the Dannyzens from Danny the Street to a party, but when Dorothy joins the festivities she learns a few things about how far Niles her father has gone in order to both protect her from the world and the world from her.
Rita, who is still trying to gain mastery over her powers engages the help of Flex Mentallo to help her reach orgasm so she can completely clear her head and find out what is blocking her, but when her G Spot is engaged it unleashes sexual forces that could have earth ending consequences, which gets the attention of the Sexmen.
This week the acting gongs should go to April Bowlby and Devan Long as Rita and Flex Mentallo for the sheer force of will power that it must have taken for them to keep a straight face given how absurdly crazy the plot of this episode was. Especially when it comes to the part that they had to play in it. Their scene’s together pretty much create the main story beat to this episode.
This was perhaps the most fun episode of the season thus far. It seems to always be a lot of fun when we get stories involving Danny The Street. The introduction of the Sexmen was hilarious. Just think Ghostbusters and dial the absurdity meter all the way to 11. I mean sex ghosts, really? It wasn’t all fun and games though. Nile’s daughter Dorothy learns a few truths in this episode, which leads her to the conclusion that growing up kind of sucks. All throughout the episode one of her imaginary friends is telling her that Danny the Street was her prison, which is very true given that Niles dropped her off their in the 70s. Quite how her learning this truth will affect future stories as yet remains to be seen, but something tells me that it isn’t going to be pretty.
Overall. A fun story and a cautionary tale about Elasti-Woman’s G-Spot.
