James Gunn’s ‘Guardians Of The Galaxy’ and the hit BBC America series ‘Orphan Black’ tool honours of this weekends Hugo Awards, which were held at the 73rd World Science Fiction Convention in Spokane, Washington on Saturday (August 22).
Gunns movie adaptation of the comic book series took the award for Best Dramatic Presentation in the Long Form category.
‘Orphan Black’, which has been a solid performer on BBC America and BBC THREE here in the UK took the award for the second season finale episode ‘By Means Which Have Never Yet Been Tried’ in the Best Dramatic Presentation in the Short Form category.
