Captain America: Civil War so far

Captain America: Civil War is set for a May 6th, 2016, cinematic release and will feature a bevy of Marvel super heroes.

More and more it seems is being given to fans of the Mighty Marvel production house, which is currently working on Captain America: Civil War. So far we know that principle photography for the latest Captain America adventure did indeed start at the beginning of this month in Atlanta, with Frank Gillo, a.k.a. ‘Crossbones’ already having finished  filming his scenes, so seeing crossbones as the film’s main antagonist seems unlikely.

What can be gleamed from this recent activity would seem to be the facts surrounding the fight between Cap and Crossbones, which was recently seen in part on-line thanks to amateur filming from the set.

The setting for Cap’s confrontation with crossbones, the former SHIELD/Hydra agent, takes place in the African nation of Wakanda, which will also lead to the introduction of the Black Panther as played by Chadwick Boseman.

It would also seem that this Wakandan altercation is somehow tied to the newest Avengers super hero line up as was seen at the end of the last Avengers movie. Civil War will see Cap’s new Avengers team fighting in Wakanda, which leads to fallout as a result of some ugly collateral damage taking place after an intense super hero battle.

These events then will most likely lead to the governments of the world banding together in order to regulate and control super human activity. This proposed regulation and control of the world’s super heroes will in turn lead to a greater division within the super hero community, resulting in a splitting of the world’s heroes into apposing factions. One side being lead by Tony Stark and SHIELD and the other being led by Steve Rogers.

Captain America: Civil War is set for a May 6th, 2016, cinematic release and will feature a bevy of Marvel super heroes and characters including Chris Evans in the starring role as Captain America, Sebastian Stan as the Winter Soldier, Martin Freeman as Everet ross, Daniel Bruhl as Baron Zemo, William Hurt as General ‘Thunderbolt’ Ross, Frank Grillo as Crossbones, Emily VanCamp as Agent 13 the granddaughter of Sharon Carter, Chadwick Boseman as The Black Panther, Paul Rudd as Ant-Man, Paul Bettany as The Vision, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, Don Cheadle as War Machine, Elizabeth Olsen as The Scarlet Witch, Anthony Mackie as The Falcon, Scarlett Johansson as The Black Widow and of course Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man.

And as if all of this going on in the same film were not ‘Amazing’ enough, there is the rumor being spun that suggests the introduction of the new Spiderman in the upcoming Civil War film, prior to the web slinger spinning off into his own film in 2017.

After all of that, the only thing that can possibly be said at this point is “Excelsior True Believers!!!
