This show has got it all for any die hard Walking Dead fan with over 40 actors from the show alone.

This coming October 17 – 19th, 2014, Atlanta, Georgia will be the host city for Walker Stalker Con, which will take place at the Atlanta Convention Center. This show has got it all for any die hard Walking Dead fan with over 40 actors from the show alone. But what the convention promoters did smart was also including other genre celebrities in order to round out the convention from movies and shows like Day of the Dead, Game of Thrones, the Vampire Diaries, Z Nation, Under the Dome, Face Off, Comic Book Men and Resurrection.

So in essence, Walker Stalker Con is giving fans of different shows and genres the chance to get their geek on, while still coming together to meet their favorite celebrities from the Walking Dead such as Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Michael Rooker, Chad Coleman, Josh McDermitt, Emily Kinney, Danai Gurira, Chandler Riggs, Sonequa Martin-Green, Denise Crosby, Greg Nicotero, Steven Yeun, Michael Cudlitz, Laurie Holden, Scott Wilson, IronE Singleton, among many others.

Walker Stalker Con kicks off on Friday, October 17th, at 12:00 p.m., with the exhibit floor open all three days, which will feature games, toys, comics, and a slew of other memorabilia for true fans of zombie, horror, and science fiction. But the show even has special events that Walking Dead fans will absolutely not be able to resist such as:

On Thursday October 16th, Atlanta Movie tours will host a guided tour of Walking Dead filming locations by none other than Hershel’s daughter Emily Kinney (Beth Green) and those lucky enough to go on this tour will hear stories & anecdotes from Emily about her time filming on America’s number one horror show.

IronE Singleton will be performing his one man show, “Blindsided by the Walking Dead” on Friday, October 17th at 8:00 p.m.

Likewise on Saturday, October 18th at 7:00 p.m., a special VIP Meet & Greet with celebrities will be held for VIP ticket holders only and this is one event any fan would give a finger or two just to attend.

Then again on Saturday, October 18th at 9:00 p.m., Emily Kinney will be returning to Atlanta to perform a special concert for her fans.

As if all of these events were not enough, Saturday, October 18th has one more planned event at 9:30 p.m., the infamous “Zombie Bash”, which is a night of dressing up, contests and meeting & mingling with the celebrity guests.

The convention promoters even made sure that all events, except for the Saturday Night’s Zombie Bash, are family-friendly and if that wasn’t considerate enough, Children age 10 and under DO NOT require a convention admission ticket to enter so long as they are accompanied by a paid adult.

More information about the Con as well as tickets for the event can be found at the con’s website

This convention is sure to be an amazing amount of fun as well as a great opportunity for every fan to become one with their inner Zombie!
