Although a third series of ‘Agent Carter’ might still happen if fans are able to convince the powers that be at Netflix. The uncertainty hasn’t stopped Hayley Atwell from giving a little insight into what we might have or may still see.
One of the things we may still see if things work out is the series delving more into Peggy’s back story. Which may have had us see a little more of her brother.
Speaking at MegaCon (via CinemaBlend), the Peggy Carter actress revealed that viewers would have been treated to more insight into her family.
“There was talk of season three going further back into her past,” Atwell said. “So the showrunners were talking about a possible kind of twist, I suppose, into something to do with the family.
“They suggested there would be more to do with my brother. So that’s all I can say.”
Peggy’s brother in the second season was played by Max Brown, and appeared in two episodes of the second season in flashbacks and a dream sequence.
Atwell has previously said that she is absolutely game to reprise the role for a third season and is fully supportive of the fans campaigning to bring the series back.
