Although it didn’t have much presence at last weekends Comic Con in San Diego the force was still fairly strong when it came to a couple of announcements for the ‘Star Wars’ universe.
First off was the announcement from Marvel of a new range of comic books, which continue the stories of Luke Skywalker, Han Solo and the original group of characters with untold stories set between Episodes IV and V.
The three Star Wars titles: Star Wars: Princess Leia, Star Wars: Darth Vader, and, of course Star Wars.
Attendees of the convention were also treated to some new previews for the forthcoming Disney XD series ‘Star Wars: Rebels,’ which introduces us to a new group of characters and is set in the years leading up to ‘Star Wars: A NEW Hope’. Watch out for the cameo by C3PO and R2D2 in the first of the three videos, which have been embedded below for your enjoyment.
