Sam Raimi has announced plans for an ‘Evil Dead’.
The announcement was snuck into the SDCC panel for ‘The Last Of Us’ video game.
Raimi revealed that he and his brother Ted along with life long friend and star of the original movies Bruce Campbell are looking at how they can make the iconic movie series into a weekly television horror series.
At present little is known about who will star or writer for the show, but if this does happen it could be assorts of cool.
It’s worth noting though that the Raimi’s tend to work on many things for years and years that never seem to be completed. Hopefully though this will be one of the many projects that the Raimi’s get to follow through on.
