Jason Momoa, who we’ll get to see as Aquaman in the forthcoming ‘Justice League’ movie is apparently in talks for another comics character.
According to Hollywood Reporter Momoa is in talks to star in Relativity’s long-gestating remake of ‘The Crow.’
Corin Hardy is set to direct the film, which is based on the comic book series from the pen of James O’Barr. The rebooted movie has been in the works since Relativity emerged from bankruptcy back in 2012.
The 1994 original starred the late Brandon Lee asa musician who is murdered while trying to save his fiancée from thugs. He is brought back from the dead by supernatural forces and seeks revenge. Lee was killed by a freak accident during production of the movie in 1993.
Momoa who many know for his roles in ‘Stargate: Atlantis’ and ‘Game Of Thrones’ is to star as Aquaman in the aforementioned ‘Justice League’ film. He made his first appearance in the recent ‘Batman Vs Superman: Dawn Of Justice’ movie, which recently hit DVD, Blue Ray and VOD platforms.
The actor will then star in an ‘Aquaman’ solo movie in 2018. He also is starring in the Netflix series ‘Frontier’ and the indie pic ‘Braven’.
