Wrestling star Cody Rhodes has already faced off with ‘Arrow’ star Stephen Amell and lost.

As fans will know. Amell surprised viewers at last years Summer Slam when he faced off against Cody Rhodes as part of a tag team match.

Stardust – aka Cody Rhodes – has parted ways with the WWE and even though it wasn’t on his very public wish list, he’ll be crossing paths with Amell once more, this time on his turf.

Speaking at yesterdays Heroes & Villains FanFest in New Jersey. Both Rhodes and Stephen Amell announced that Rhodes will guest star in the third episode of the fifth season of Arrow.


Both action men confirmed this later on via their various social media accounts, with Rhodes adding: “I step into this respectfully, humbly, and looking to do it justice for the fandom.”

Amell and Stardust’s feud was a huge hit with fans – celeb moments aren’t always so well-received – and the match won the Slammy Award for Best Celebrity Moment of the Year.
