Yesterday saw the ‘Sherlock’ Panel and official season four trailer released. So we thought it be cool to post a few videos to highlight what was shared.

The panel saw Benedict Cumberbatch, Steven Moffat, Mark Gatiss, Amanda Abington and Sue Virtue talk a little about the new series and some of the choices that they have made.

The shows short 3 episode seasons came up for discussion and the ‘Sherlock’, which gave the series creators Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss the chance to highlight many of the advantages the less is more approach has given them. One of which being that it allows the series to stay fairly fresh and is more of an event series than it would be if they went the traditional route of full 13 episode seasons.

Amanda Abington when asked about what she looks forward to most said that she can’t wait to see the new series and said it was the darkest the show has gone yet.

You can check out the Panel’s and various interviews and stuff below:

New Sherlock Trailer

If the above trailer is anything to go by. I can’t wait to see where this fourth season of ‘Sherlock’ is going to go and how things will pan out overall.

Thanks to Flicks And The City for there brilliant coverage of the convention.
