Welcome the new Sci-Fi B Movies category in which we’ll show you some classic B – Movies, which are public domain.

Our first presentation is of Buck Rogers in ‘Planet Outlaws,’ which starred Larry Buster Crabbe as Buck Rogers who wakes up after being frozen for 500 years and finds himself on an earth very different from his own. This film was spliced together in 1953 from the classic Buck Rogers movie series, which was made in the late 1930s.

Thanks for this. I watched it for the first time today. It’s lovely to note that the 70’s Buck Rogers series got a cameo or Crabbe.

Aye I remember that. It was a first season Buck Rogers as well in which Wilma gets to head up a mission, which brings back some veteran pilots. I’ve not seen ‘Planet Outlaw’ yet myself, but do remember watching the entire movie series as a kid in the 70s and early 80s when BBC ran them all during the summer holidays. Not they would just run a shed load of cooking shows and DIY stuff in the mornings during summer holidays.
