‘Continuum’ is a show that hasn’t aired in the UK since early 2013 so many fans in the UK are pleased as punch that they’ll finally get to see what happened to Kiera after the massive season two cliffhanger that we all witnessed in 2013.
In a new interview with Digital Spy Rachel Nichols talked a little about what we can expect to see as the third season gets underway.
“[There’s] different timelines and people coming from different timelines – everything’s going to get more complicated, but in the best sense of the word.”
The fourth and final season is yet to begin shooting, but the six episode that will comprise that final series will begin shooting in March.
Although it is being promoted as the final season Nichols has high hopes for the six episodes and is sincere in her hopes for a little more after those final six episodes.
“Maybe there are some legs to it somewhere else and I think that the fans would be in support of that.
“I know that we’re gonna do everything possible to make season four even more electric and thought-provoking than prior seasons, so of course I’d like to be optimistic and think that perhaps this isn’t the end.”
