‘Powers’ Season 2 Adds Tricia Helfer To The Cast

Helfer who is best known for her role of Number Six in Ron Moore's reimagining of 'Battlestar Galactica' will play FBI Special Agent Lange.

The second season of The Sony Networks ‘Powers’, which is available through PSN has added Tricia Helfer to the cast.

Helfer who is best known for her role of Number Six in Ron Moore’s reimagining of ‘Battlestar Galactica’ will play FBI Special Agent Lange.

Co-creator Brian Michael Bendis revealed that, like in the comics, Lange has a “sordid history” with Detective Walker (Sharlto Copley).

“[She] walks a fine line between the Powers world and the government, serving as both an ally and enemy,” Bendis said.

“Lange happens to be one of my favourite characters in the comic, so I was hoping we’d find someone very special – and we did.”

Michael Madsen was previously cast as superhero SuperShock.

In recent years, Helfer has popped up in TV series ‘Chuck,’ ‘Burn Notice,’ ‘Killer Women,’ ‘Ascension,’ ‘Suits,’ ‘Key and Peele’ and ‘Community’.
