Mark Ruffalo will reprise his role of Bruce Banner/Hulk in ‘Thor: Ragnarok,’ according to rumors coming from the New York Comic Con.

He will join Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Tom Hiddleston as Loki, and Jaimie Alexander as Lady Sif in the film.

According to reports, Thor, facing Ragnarok itself, will team-up with the Hulk. Hulk is said to be a featured “prominently” as part of the supporting cast.

It seems that a third planet, in addition to Asgard and Earth, will be part of the film’s plot. Marvel could be setting up a Planet Hulk movie, or it could be the Planet Hulk movie will become part of Ragnarok. It could also be another world not related at all to Planet Hulk.

AKA Jessica Jones

Carrie-Anne Moss (‘The Matrix’), who was cast in ‘AKA Jessica Jones” more than 9 months ago, will play a gender-swapped version of Jeryn Hogarth, a longtime ally of Danny Rand, aka Iron Fist.

Introduced by Marvel Comics in 1976, Hogarth is a brilliant lawyer and businessman who worked for Danny’s father Wendall Rand. He’s long served as legal counsel for Danny, and was the business manager and part owner of Heroes for Hire.

Actor Wil Traval will play a “psycho super-soldier” named Simpson, most likely an updated Frank Simpson, the Daredevil villain AKA as Nuke, the pill-popping psychopath with the American flag tattooed on his face.

Introduced by Frank Miller and David Mazzucchelli in 1986’s ‘Daredevil’ #232, Nuke was a former test subject in the Weapon Plus super-soldier program hired by Kingpin to kill Matt Murdock.

Traval (‘Red Widow,’ ‘All Saints’) said his Simpson is “very set in his ways, like black and white, what’s right or wrong, and serving justice in a very specific way,” which brings him into conflict with Krysten Ritter’s Jessica Jones, who “works in the field of gray.”
