Margot Robbie has strongly hinted that she has a multi-picture deal to play ‘Suicide Squads’ Harley Quinn.
The actress, who is presently promoting her new film ‘Focus’ made comments to the Arizona Republic that her appearance as the character could extend beyond ‘Suicide Squad’.
Robbie described the role as “daunting” before adding “you don’t need to have commitment issues to be frightened by the fact that you might have just signed 10 years of your life away.”
“But with [Harley], it’s a character I don’t think would ever get boring. Ever. So if they did Suicide Squad One, Two, Three… I would be over the moon about it.”
Although no sequels have been planned or announced. It appears that Robbie and her co-stars Jared Leto, Will Smith and Jai Courtney may have been optioned to return to their roles if the film is a success.
