Review: For this mid season finale of ‘Thunderbirds Are Go’ pretty much all the Tracy Brothers are called into action, but the two central figures throughout are Brains and Alan Tracy who being shown around the Collider by Dr. Moffat the lead physicist in charge of the project and an old university friend of Brains.

Events get exciting as a satellite crashes, but that crash is soon followed up by a series of potential disasters, which calls for all Thunderbirds to be brought into action. However when the International Space Station begins to lose its orbit Brains and his friend Dr. Moffat figure out that the collider has malfunctioned and created a massive gravity well, which is sucking anything in its path into the eye of a very nasty storm.

It is only rather drastic action at the end that stops the gravity well and saved the space station and all hands.

This was a fabulous episode to end the mid season on and it was fantastic to see an episode where all the brothers got their moment.

There was a few fun moments played out at the expense of Brains and Moffat who obviously has unrequited feelings for each other.

The action in this one was fantastic and I really enjoyed the fact that Alan got a moment where he was able to out geek Brains and Moffat by directing Virgil to take Thunderbird 2 to maximum speed in order to help him tow a passenger plane free of the gravity well.
