Synopsis: Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) and Cisco Ramon (Carlos Valdes) must work together to save Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh) from an inter-dimensional bounty hunter who seeks to kill him, as it is a crime on Earth-19 to transport yourself to another earth. Cisco and Barry must fight against the bounty hunter in a fight to the death to save Harrison’s life.

Review: This episode introduces us to the Bounty Hunter Gypsy (Jessica Camacho) who happens to share the same abillity to vibe as Cisco, which makes this episode interesting to watch.

Much of the focus this week is on Cisco and his duel with Gypsy, which he gets into in order to stand up for H.R’s right to stay with Team Flash. As ever Cisco tries the charm offensive by flirting a little with Gypsy and who can blame him. Jessica Camacho looks real good all suited and booted, but she is also as smart as Cisco when it comes to using her powers. In fact she’s a little better than him at it. Which is basically the problem that team Flash has to solve.

I really liked Gypsy as a character. She proved a really good foil for Cisco and I enjoyed the moment where they come close to a kiss as she cheekily vibes away leaving poor old Cisco wanting more.

Tom Felton became more involved this week as Julian Albert. This character is actually growing on me. Even though he is a bit of a dick. It’s fun watching Cisco and the gang slowly try to make Julian a bit more socially aware. I loved how Julian claims that Gypsy must have been having a bad day for Cisco to have been able to best her like he did.

The B – Plot this week involved Iris teaming with Kid Flash to go after a gun runner who was selling high grade weapons to the mob. This was really to deal with Iris wanting to leave a journalistic legacy behind her. In case Barry is not able to beat Savitar.

Overall this was a pretty strong outing. The addition of Gypsy was a bit of fun and a great contrast to Cisco and his vibe powers. It was also a good solid episode for Tom Cavanagh to add some new layers to H.R Wells.

The big reveal at the end has been coming for weeks now. So it was kind of a relief that Barry admitted to himself that it wasn’t him that would beat Savitar. But Kid Flash.

I now look forward to seeing how this revelation will play out over the rest of the season.
