Review: This episode doesn’t really improve any on what we seen last week or add anything new to proceedings.

Tom Ellis continues to shine with his charming and smarmy interpretation of the character, but personally I would rather see the cold hearted uncaring character from the comics.

Despite my feelings here. I have to give Tom Ellis his due for carrying this series and providing a fun interpretation at the very least.

As with last week the episode had its fun moments, but the procedural aspects of it were somewhat tired and done far better in other shows.

Leslie-Ann Brandt who I didn’t mention last week has seemed massively underused in this series thus far. In the first two episodes alone her chemistry with Tom Ellis in her scenes as Lucifer’s right hand  Mazikeen have been far much more fun to watch than the scenes between Lucifer and Chloe.

As far as the actual story line for this episode. It basically centred on a photographer that seemed to be able to get a heads up on celebrity meltdowns. Truth be told. I was quite bored.
