In Review: Lucifer – Et Tu, Doctor?

When a therapist is murdered, Lucifer and Chloe bring in Dr. Linda as a consultant in the search for suspects.

Synopsis: When a therapist is murdered, Lucifer and Chloe bring in Dr. Linda as a consultant in the search for suspects. Meanwhile, Lucifer struggles with feelings of jealousy.

Review: After last week’s episode this latest instalment in the series seems like a little bit of a let down, but also a light relief.

The story sees Lucifer bringing in Dr. Linda in to consult on an investigation, but his real reason is to have Linda figure out what Chloe’s issues are, which are pretty much none existent given that Lucifer’s jealousy is blinding him.

There are some genuinely funny moments that involve Linda and Chloe teaming up on the case, but also poking fun at Lucifer’s jealousy issues.

The case this week also involves a crime of jealousy, which is pretty much open and shut. But we also see some developments in other aspects of the show, which pretty much show us that Chloe’s partner may not be as good of a cop as we have been led to believe.

Not a bad episode, but I was really hoping to see a bit more fall out from the events of last week. I guess they will get to it eventually though.
