‘How To Train Your Dragon 3’ put on hold until 2017

The film will now debut a year later than original scheduled on June 9, 2017.

Fans of the ‘How To Train Your Dragon’ film series will be commiserating today based on the fact that the plans for a third movie in the successful Dreamworks series have been put on hold until 2017.

The film will now debut a year later than original scheduled on June 9, 2017.

Dreamworks and Fox made the announcement as it revealed that ‘How to Train Your Dragon 2′ had surpassed the $600 million worldwide mark on Labor Day.

Jay Baruchel, America Ferrera and Cate Blanchett will all be returning in their respective roles for the third film.

Dean DeBlois will also write and direct the third instalment, while Bonnie Arnold will serve as producer once again.
