Han Solo set location revealed

Fan speculation suggests the set to possibly be that of Tatooine.

As was recently reported in both Comicbook.com and Movieweb.com, Star Wars fans finally have their first peak at a shooting location for the upcoming Han Solo movie, staring Alden Ehrenreich stars as a the young Han Solo and Joonas Suotamo as his furry companion Chewbacca.

While it is only an overhead shot of the desert and Tatooine-like location, the fan site Prens Imperial was able to acquire the image. Filming of the Han Solo film is currently taking place in Fuerteventura on the Canary Islands.

The Han Solo anthology film is set to be released in theaters May 25, 2018 and is currently filming with two directors, Phil Lord and Chris Miller, with Donald Glover as Lando Calrissian, as well as Woody Harrelson, Thandie Newton, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, and Emilia Clarke in supporting roles.
