It looks like ‘Frozen’ has gotten one step closer to taking over the whole of Storybrook in the new season of ‘Once Upon A Time’ and in a rather nasty way as well.

Following up on including ‘Frozen’s’ Elsa/Snow Queen, Kristof and Anna is the inclusion of the evil and calculating Prince Hans.

Hans is described as “a well-bred prince with a serious chip on his shoulder” with a “mean streak”.

Once Upon a Time writers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz have previously spoken about putting their “own twist” on the characters of Frozen.

“Like all things – like we do with Snow White or Peter Pan or Captain Hook – we take our own kind of twist on it, but remaining faithful to the actual essence of the character,” they said.

Thus far the actor who will play Hans is to be announced, but we do know that Georgina Haig, Elizabeth Lail and Scott Michael Foster will play Queen Elsa, Anna and Kristof respectively, but the character I want to see get included in this party is Olaf. I mean come on. A snowman that doesn’t melt during the summer.

Once Upon a Time will return to ABC on September 28, but does not currently have a UK broadcaster.
