Daniel Craig Offered £150 Million To Do Two More ‘Bond’ Films!

"Never say never again"

Although another Bond movie is a good two years away. It hasn’t stopped the speculation about what actor could be the next 007.

However it if the latest murmurings are anything to go by. We could well see Daniel Craig return as the iconic spy.

According to Radar Online the actor has apparently been offered £150 million by Sony to return as Bond for two more movies.

Producer Barbara Broccoli has already gone on record to say that she doesn’t want to lose her leading man any time soon.

“Maybe I’m in denial, but I don’t want to think about another Bond.” she said last year. “Until he definitely says otherwise, I’m not going to give it another thought.”

The question is. Will £150 Million be enough to coax Daniel Craig back into the role. The actor is on the record for having said he’d rather slash his writes than return as Bond. Of course he also admitted that he was really tired after the production as well. So perhaps the elapsed time may have given him a different perspective.

If the actor doesn’t return. Then the race will continue to find his replacement and one of the newest names to come up is Tom Hughs who UK fans can watch on a weekly basis in the new ITV show ‘Victoria’, which stars ‘Doctor Who’ alum Jenna Coleman in the titular role.

Hughs joins a list of candidates, which is headed up by the likes of Idris Elbas and Tom Hiddleston.

However lets bear in mind. When Sean Connery quit Bond back in the 70’s. He famously said never again, which led to the cute none canon Bond film ‘Never Say Never Again’, which saw Connery return for a last outing as the super spy in 1983.

Irrespective of what happens. I’m sure most movie fans will be as excited to see the next movie irrespective of who the new guy is.
